I was commissioned to create some no-bake dessert recipes in collaboration with Proud & Punch to rethink how their pops can be enjoyed in different ways. These included a tropical frozen bark, a zingy ‘baked’ Alaska and some smoothie pop sandwiches.

Insta-worthy recipes are just as important as the taste and so together with P&P’s lovely pops, I wrote the article and recipe to show them off on a delicious dessert board to impress even your most camera happy friends!
Buzzfeed x Lidl’s Fiver Feast Collaboration
‘Season One of Fiver Feast hit 46 million views across its 28 episodes’
Bloomberg reported on the success of my recipes after Buzzfeed’s Tasty UK, commissioned me for 2 series of ‘Fiver Feast’ in collaboration with Lidl. Becoming one of their most successful series ever, I wrote and styled the recipes for each episode after presenting multiple options for the client to choose from before developing the recipes and testing them thoroughly to ensure the audience would be able to recreate them successfully.
Globally Inspired Recipes
After the joy of Fiver Feast, I was also commissioned to write recipes celebrating cuisines around the world, with Lidl’s signature savings. This was a super fun brief and I was able to research and work with other creators to ensure authenticity and tastiness!
Drink Up!
Bacardi came to Buzzfeed with a fruity brief and I was more than happy to fulfil it! I created a series of drinks that were easy to make and showed Bacardi in a new and exciting way.
